| Having trouble receiving email from TOOT? |
If you feel that you are not receiving either our gOrder Confirmationh and gMember Registrationh emails, this could possibly be due to the security settings of your email program or provider.
You may try:
1) Adding our domain name to your safe list of domains.
This tells your email program that it is safe and OK to receive email from us.

2) You may try lowering your email protection settings (although #1 is the best and safest option).
***For Hotmail (MSN) users
1) CREATE A SAFE LIST for incoming messages.
To ensure that messages from specific email addresses are not sent to your Junk Email folder, you can add them to your Safe List.
a) Click Options (righthand side).
b) On the left side of the page, click Mail, and then click Junk Email Protection.
c) Click Safe List.
d) Type an address or domain (a domain is the part of an email address that follows the @ sign) from which you always want to receive messages, and then click Add.

2) In many cases, you received our email in an unwanted email box folder like a Junk Mail folder.
