When and how frequently does new merchandise arrive?
We have 1 or 2 new arrivals every month.
The apparel and external stocking goods etc. arrivals every season.
The amounts of items depends on the design, there fore we strongly suggest that you order promptly.
Can I still order designs that have sold out?
Some designs can be produced produce for additional orders, but designs using specialized materials or technical processes might be difficult to produce again.
There also some items will be re-arrival when they were sold out, but need wait a while.
How can I choose the size?
The waist sizes are shown in the JIS system (Japanese Industrial Standards), but our items are manufactured comparatively small.
If your size is S (Small) for Western (Europe and US) items, we suggest size M (Medium) for our products.

The shopping cart does not operate (work) correctly.
In order to use the shopping cart smoothly, you need Internet Explorer 6 or above on your PC and must establish and activate Cookies as well as Java script.

The size I want does not appear on the order page.
The size will not appear when it is sold-out or out of stock.

What kind of package reaches?
Normally, we will use EMS (Express Mail System) International mail package.
The description will read "garment" or "clothing", and will show the price.
How much is the delivery?
The price of the delivery all for JPY500(include tax)for domestic delivery, if you choose the cash on delivery will take more JPY300(include tax)for service charges.
For overseas delivery, JPY1,800 or more (through EMS International Mail). For more information, please refer to the postage chart.
How should I deal with tax?
The price of the merchandise is stated on the package. Please follow the regulations in your country for tax payment.
The credit card charge is for the merchandise and delivery fee only.
Within Japan, consumption tax is included.
For overseas delivery, Can I specify the date of arrival?
Unfortunately, we can not specify the date.
We will prepare the order the following day, but the EMS International Mail system process and circumstances between different countries makes it impossible to specify the delivery date.
The arrival should be within 1 to 2 weeks.
What kind of payment method can I choose?
There are only one for on-line credit settlement for overseas customers.
What's about my credit card security?
Yes. For online purchases, your credit card information will go directly to the appropriate credit company for approval.
Please note that we don't receive this information.
The entered information is encoded in COMODO., LTD. USA code system with 128 bit.
There is no possibilities of an information leak.
For defective items or incorrect merchandise.

Return or exchange of merchandise.
We feel very sorry we cannot receives return or exchange because the merchandise commodity that touches skin directly.
But if the merchandise was be not delivery we could exchange for you.

For cancellation after using my credit card.
If the merchandise was be not delivery we will do the cancellation for you.
But if it was be shipped we will do the cancellation when we received the merchandise returned to our company.
I'm having difficulty with membership registration.
There may be insufficient data, or language (encoding) which we cannot comprehend.
Please check the letter size (lower-case Katakana, or capitalized English and numbers).

Although I have entered my password and ID, I cannot log in.

How do you control/administer membership information?
The information within the PC is controlled and managed 24 hours by a major server company in Japan.
There is no possibility of an information leak.
We employ the SSL system in 128 bit code by Comodo Inc USA for transmission.
