- How often do you release new products?

We are frequently adding new products to our range. We typically release new products 1 or 2 items for every month.

- Can I still order designs that have sold out?

Some designs can be produced produce for additional orders, but designs using specialized materials or technical processes might be difficult to produce again.
- How can I choose the size? Sizing information

The waist sizes are shown in the JIS system (Japanese Industrial Standards),but TOOT items are manufactured comparatively small.
For example, if your size is S (Small) for import brands (EU and US) items, we advice you choose M(Medium) for TOOT.

- How to make order?

*Join TOOT member program you could get latest TOOT information and make order smoothly.
7.Please input your information and click "Confirm".
8.Seclect "Ship to postoffice" Input shipping address" Ship to billing address".
9.Seclect the payment method.
10.Once again confirm your order and input the credit card information.
*Be careful input wrong information at credit card information.
*If you want use member points,please input the point what you want use and click "USE".

11.Once more time confirm the order form and click "Made an order".
12.Please log-in your registered e-mail address and receives confirmation mail from TOOT.

- What kind of package reaches?

Normally, we will use EMS (Express Mail System) International mail package.
The description will read "garment" or "clothing", and will show the price. - How is cost for delivery?

The cost would take you JPY1,800 or more by E.M.S(Express Mail Service) and it is refer your shipping area.
About Japan domestic delivery, it's all take JPY500(including tax),if you choose the COD(Cash On Delivery) it will take more JPY300(including tax) for service charge.
*If you shopped to JPY5,000 or more the shipping and service charge for free.

- Should I pay tax for you?

The invoice will be stated on the package(parcel).Please follow the regulations in your country for tax payment.
Within Japan, consumption tax was included.
- Specify the date of arrival.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept specify the date.
We will prepare the order the following day, but the E.M.S(Express Mail System) process and circumstances between different countries makes it impossible to specify the delivery date.
The arrival should be within 1 to 2 weeks for normal.
We will send the shipping confirmation mail and you could track the package (parcel) by it when we shipped.
